How do I exchange my items?

Items purchased with your Wellstar Health System uniform allotment are not eligible for returns-exchanges only. Non-embroidered, unwashed, unworn item(s) with tags attached, in original condition are eligible for exchange within 60 days.

Wellstar employees may visit one of the five Uniform Advantage retail stores in Georgia to complete their exchange.

If the requested exchange items are less than the original items, employee will receive a store credit for the difference. If the requested exchange items are more expensive than the original items, employee will be responsible for the difference. If the requested exchange items were not included on the Wellstar Health Systems uniform portal, pricing will be 20% off the current retail price.

Retail stores may not have all items within the Wellstar approved assortment on-site. If the requested items are not available at the retail store, the retail store associates can order them on behalf of the employee. Ordered items may be picked up at the retail store at no cost or shipped to the employee home for $9.99.

Exchange options for West Georgia employees only

Option One - In-Store Exchange

West Georgia Medical Center Wellstar employees may visit one of the five Uniform Advantage retail stores in Georgia to complete their exchange.

If the requested exchange items are less than the original items, employee will receive a store credit for the difference. If the requested exchange items are more expensive than the original items, employee will be responsible for the difference. If the requested exchange items were not included on the Wellstar Health Systems uniform portal, pricing will be 20% off the current retail price.

Retail stores may not have all items within the Wellstar approved assortment on-site. If the requested items are not available at the retail store, the retail store associates can order them on behalf of the employee. Ordered items may be picked up at the retail store at no cost or shipped to the employee home for $9.99.

Option Two - Warehouse Exchange

You can fill out the exchange form (download here) and send back to the address below via the insured mail carrier of your choice, to complete your exchange. If there is a balance due, we will contact you for payment.

Are my uniforms discounted?

Wellstar employees will receive their free uniform sets which will be paid for by Wellstar at a discounted rate. Wellstar employees will also have access to these same exclusive discounts on their Wellstar shopping portal and at all five Uniform Advantage retail stores in Georgia. Wellstar team members enjoy 20% off the retail price of apparel, and 15% off shoes and accessories (excluding Littman). Please note that the in-store retail price and online retail price may vary.

What if my original top was $18 and want to exchange for a top that is in the Wellstar assortment and is $19?

If the requested exchange items are less than the original items, employee will receive a store credit for the difference. If the requested exchange items are more expensive than the original items, employee will be responsible for the difference.

What if I didn’t receive the correct items?

If you did not receive the items that you ordered, please visit one of the five Uniform Advantage retail stores in Georgia and our team will ensure that you receive the correct items.

Should my items have the Wellstar logo?

No, Wellstar is not requiring their team members have the logo embroidered on their tops. Logo embroidery on tops and jackets is available upon request and is the financial responsibility of the employee. Logo embroidery fees are $6.99 per logo per item.

What if I want to order more uniforms at my expense?

Wellstar team members can purchase additional uniforms at one of our five Uniform Advantage retail stores in Georgia or on the Wellstar shopping portal, linked here. Wellstar team members enjoy 20% off the retail price of apparel, and 15% off shoes and accessories (excluding Littman).

I am an RN within the Pediatrics department. What color uniform should I purchase?

A RN in Peds would wear the lime/turquoise. Pediatrics is allowed to mix top and bottom.
